HallPal isn’t a self-serve signup. We take on a small number of schools at a time and set each one up ourselves, so the first step is a conversation about how your building runs and what hardware it needs.
What to tell us
Your school
The name, the district if you have one, and roughly how many students.
Your building
How many classrooms you would want covered, and whether that is one site or several.
Your timing
When you would want to be running, and anything driving that date.
Anything specific
A policy you have to match, a system it needs to sit alongside, or a question you want answered before anything else.
What happens next
We reply and set up a short call. Nothing formal. We mostly want to hear how hallpasses work at your school today, and what you’d want to change about that.
We size it with you. How many Homebases and Passes a building your size actually needs, what it takes to run them, and what that costs.
We create your school and hand it over. You don’t build the account yourself. We set it up, import your roster with you and walk your staff through it before the first bell.
